The Pakistani president has backed a scheme aimed at getting all the country's children into education. It comes after an outpouring of support for activist Malala Yousufzai, who was shot by the Taliban a month ago for her belief in girls having an education. Malala is recovering in hospital in Britain. She has become a symbol for education and young people across the world. Today, November 10, has been designed as "Malala Day" by the United Nations.
