Louisiana Car Thefts Decline - Acadiana's Multi-Media News Station

Car thefts in Louisiana are down according to the Commissioner of Insurance, Jim Donelon. The FBI tracked a 42% drop over the last five years. Last year, authorities received 9100 theft reports. Donelon says the state plans to launch a new awareness campaign to bring those numbers down even more.
