On-Going Events:

PASSPORT TO A CURE GALA
Hosted by: Paragon Casino Resort & MDA.  Over the next few weeks, MDA will be preparing for the 5th annual Talk of the Town "Passport to a Cure" Gala. This event is amongst the finest of events in Lafayette being hosted by companies such as Paragon Casino Resort, United Vision Logistics, Cajun Harley Davidson, AT&T, and Deep Walter Solutions. Sponsors also include MPW, Frank's Casing Crew, and Cypress Bayou Casino. The social event is on November 30th at City Club in River Ranch where food, drinks, and entertainment by Krossfyre will be provided. Blue Rolfes will be the emcee and we are looking forward to a night full of excitement and fund-raising!  We are thrilled to have the elite citizens of Acadiana partnering with MDA and becoming involved in such a wonderful organization. The Muscular Dystrophy Association is a non-profit health agency that provides services to the families and children in our community who are battling neuromuscular disease. A few of the services include leg brace and wheelchair repair, a week long summer camp for children, flu shots, clinic visits, and physical therapy. MDA is also dedicated to providing world renowned research that will eventually get us to our main purpose of finding a cure. The only funding MDA receives is generated through the events we have we really appreciate the support of the community. If you would like to become involved, please contact Emily Goudeau at 337-234-0088.

Creative exercises give us more information about ourselves and enhance our healing.
