Car Hit By Train

A train struck a vehicle at Iberia St. and Washington St. in New Iberia.  Iberia Sheriffs officials say there were no injuries.  The driver was able to get out the vehicle before it was struck by train.  However, authorities tell us the train will be blocking intersections from French St. to Lewis St.  Drivers are asked to take an alternate route until crash can be cleared.
