
Students were evacuated at L.J. Alleman after a bomb threat was found.
At 9:15 this morning, a written bomb threat was found on the walls of a bathroom at L.J. Alleman. It alleged that a bomb was due to go off at the school at 9:30 am. No bomb or any other event transpired.
As soon as the written threat was found, all students, teachers and staff were immediately evacuated to a safe distance.
Lafayette Hazmat and the police were on the scene inspecting every room and area of the school to be sure no other danger is present.
