St. Landry Home Burglary Arrests - Acadiana's Multi-Media News Station

The St. Landry Parish Sheriff's Office arrested Charles Soileau, Jr. and Michael C. McDaniel for simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling. Detectives say they received a tip that Soileau and McDaniel were breaking into homes in the St. Landry area. Once questioned, subjects admitted to breaking into a residence off of Frilot Cove Road, Opelousas, La. Several items were recovered from the suspect's homes and returned to the owner. Both Soileau and McDaniel are being held on a $20,000 bond.
