Payments for Services

As a Community Health Center, we can offer reduced rates on all services performed by the centers.  In addition, uninsured patients receive additional discounts based on income and family size.  We accept Medicaid, Medicare, Private Insurance and Self Pay.  Sliding fee discounts are available for Self Pay Patients.  We also accept all major credit cards.
