Law Enforcement Sting Targets Opelousas Businesses

Opelousas - Opelousas police, along with the Louisiana Alcohol Tobacco Control conducted stings Thursday aimed at businesses selling alcohol to minors. The agencies tells us they were acting off of tips from the community. At least 5 convenience stores were cited. Police tell us the businesses that were cited did not check for I. D. and allegedly sold alcohol to underage residents.
