Purse Snatcher Search

Grand Coteau Police are looking for a suspected thief. At approximately 7PM Wednesday night, there was a purse snatching that occurred at 284 East Martin Luther King Junior Drive in Grand Coteau.

The suspect is described as a black male, last seen wearing a gray dress shirt with blue jeans and tennis shoes.  He was last seen driving a 2004 Nissan Sentra, gray in color, with license plate number: VWY703. The windshield is smashed on the driving side and the windshield wiper blade is missing on the passenger side.
