Ingredients:
1 bottle (48 ounces) oil
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 egg
1 1/3 cups milk
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
1 to 1 1/2 cups flour to roll out dough
Method:
Fill a deep pot 1/2 to 2/3 full with oil
Turn on medium flame or stove setting and let oil heat while you make the dough
Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and granulated sugar
Blend in egg and milk and form into a ball of dough
