1 large onion, chopped 1 bell pepper, chopped 1 stick margarine 2 pounds crawfish, peeled and deveined tails only 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) cream of mushroom soup 1 pound Velveeta jalapeno cheese 1 package (12 ounces) fettuccini noodles Method:
Saute' onions and bell peppers in margarine Add crawfish Then add soup and cheese Cook on medium heat until cheese is melted In a separate pot, boil noodles until tender After noodles are done, mix with crawfish Ready to eat Freezes well Serves 12 - 14
