By Chef Paul Wilson of Charley G's Seafood Grill
Ingredients:
- 24 oz. Cream Cheese
- 1 1/2 cups Sugar
- 5 Eggs
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp. Almond Extract
- 1 cup Elmer's Gold Brick Eggs, chopped (Approximately Eight 1 oz. pieces)
Crust:
- 4 tbsp. Softened Butter
- 2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
Cooking Method:
- Beat together cream cheese and sugar
- Add a dash of vanilla and almond extracts
- Add eggs one at a time, scraping bowl between adding each egg
- Add chopped Elmer's Gold Brick Eggs
- Mix ingredients well
- Pour mixture into spring form pan (See recipe for crust below)
- Bake at 250 degrees for 2 hours or until firm to touch
- Let set and cool
Crust Method:
- Mix butter with graham cracker crumbs and press into spring form pan
