The General Managers of Raising Cane's Restaurants throughout Acadiana recently handed over a check for $546 to Lafayette Animal Aid.  The check represented profits from sales of Raising Cane's "Plush Puppies" during this past Christmas.

John Raxsdale, manager of the West Congress location, told TV10, "Our hope is to help bring awareness to this organization and the need for animal adoptions. This organization was voted on by the local Cane's managers as our fund organization because it is local and has a no kill policy. Our hope is to increase sales of these puppies in the years to come as 100% of all puppy sales will be donated to helping animals. "

A big thank you to the management and staff of all area Raising Cane's Restaurants, on behalf of all the homeless pets that will benefit from this generous donation!
