Suspects arrested on drug and firearm charges in St. Martinville

Two St. Martinville Residents Arrested On Drug and Weapons Charges

(St. Martinville, LA.)- Two suspects were arrested after a narcotics investigation that let deputies to a home in St. Martinville ths morning.

After receiving a tip about suspected illegal drug activity, agents with the St. Martin Parish Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division searched the residence in the 1000 block of LD Drive in St. Martinville where they recovered methamphetamine, firearms, and drug paraphernalia. 

The following suspects were arrested:

 Harley Marie Bonin, 26, of St. Martinville.

  •           One count-prohibited acts-possession of drug paraphernalia
  •           Two count-criminal conspiracy
  •           Four counts-possession of firearm committing/attempt crime
  •           One count-manufacture; distribution; PWITD schedule II narcotics
  •           One count-obstruction of justice

Timmy Ray Guidry, 35, of St. Martinville.

  •           One count-obstruction of justice
  •           Two counts-criminal conspiracy
  •           Four counts-possession of firearm committing/attempt crime
  •           One count-prohibited acts-possession of drug paraphernalia
  •           One count-manufacture; distribution; PWITD—schedule II narcotics

Following the investigation they were both booked into the St. Martin Parish Correctional Center on the above charges.
