Spencer Bienvenu - Acadiana's Multi-Media News Station

Spencer Bienvenu is a born and raised native of South Louisiana and graduate of the University of Southwestern Louisiana (now University of Louisiana at Lafayette).  Spencer has worked on both sides of the broadcast and advertising industry since 1990 where he began his career at the local full service ad agency, Sides and Associates.  After four years on the agency side of the business Spencer left Sides to begin a career in sales at KLFY TV-10.  He enjoyed seven years of success in sales before being promoted to Local Sales Manager in 2001 and then General Sales Manager in 2002. 

Spencer enjoys being involved in the community working with civic organization such as MDA, LOPA and is on the board of Lafayette Kiwanis. He is also a strong supporter of the local University Gridiron Alumni chapter of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.  Spencer resides in Lafayette, Louisiana, with his wife Jamie and three children Morgan, Reese and Sawyer.  In his spare time he enjoys working as a coach and participating in sports within the city recreation leagues.  Spencer studies Keichu Do Karate and also enjoys exercising, reading and hunting and fishing.
