A man who was arrested after a .22-caliber rifle was found in his pickup truck near the U.S. Capitol has been ordered released from jail by authorities in Washington
Sixty four year old Alfred Brock of Winnfield was arrested Tuesday after he stopped his truck on Constitution Avenue and told police that he had an invention he wanted to show President Obama.
New information on the Winnfield man who drove up to one of the capitol buildings in Washington DC with a rifle and large amount of ammunition in his truck.
A Washington Magistrate has ordered a psychiatric evaluation for 64 year old Alfred Brock.
Wednesday Brock pleaded not guilty to charges of possession of an unregistered firearm and possession of ammunition.
Brock was arrested by Capitol Police after he stopped his pickup truck on Constitution Avenue Tuesday afternoon.
Authorities say Brock claimed to have a delivery for President Barack Obama. Police found a loaded rifle between the driver's and passenger seats.
