THE FOLLOWING PETS ARE STILL MISSING, AND SO FAR, NO LEADS HAVE SURFACED AS TO THEIR WHEREABOUTS.  PLEASE CONTINUE TO KEEP AN EYE OUT FOR THESE MUCH-LOVED PETS, AND CONTACT THEIR OWNERS IF YOU HAVE ANY INFORMATION ON THEIR WHEREABOUTS.

LOST:
  
   Young male hybrid Box Turtle with an orange and black face and red eyes.  His shell is a brownish color.  He was last seen at 321 Bayard Street in New Iberia.  If you find him, call his owners at 337-344-4581 or send an e-mail to mrscottoncandy1@aol.com.
  
LOST:
  
   Male Schnauzer.  He is 8 months old, weighs 12 pounds, and has a silver and white coat.  He is wearing a blue collar, but the tag is chewed up and may not be legible.  He was last seen on Meadow Lane in Lafayette, one street off Vital Street between Congress and Johnston.  If you have any information on his whereabouts, call his owners at 337-247-1527.
 
LOST:
 
   Female Chihuahua named "Tootsie."  She is about 14 years old, and has no teeth.  She has a black and white coat and was last seen at 1211 Yukon Street.  A reward is being offered for her safe return.  If you've seen her, please call 337-457-2657.

   Male Terrier mix with a white coat and fluffy hair.  He was last seen in Morse, Louisiana on West Dacosta Street.  If you've seen him, call 337-783-4177.
  
 
LOST:
   
   Two male Golden Retrievers.  They were last seen at a service station at the corner of Louis Street and Admiral Doyle Drive in New Iberia, and someone was loading them into a gold Chevy pickup truck.  The dogs are three and five years old.  If you have these dogs or if you know who might have taken them, please contact their owners at 337-519-0496 or 337-365-1191.
 
LOST:
  
   Adult male cat.  He has an orange coat, and is neutered.  He was not wearing a collar when he was last seen in the Saints Streets area in Lafayette.  If you've seen him or have any information on his whereabouts, please call his owner at 337-592-2180 or 337-289-4915. 
 
LOST:
  
  Two male Hound puppies, last seen in the Reddell area.  They are both 5 months old, and both are very large, they weigh about 50 pounds each. One has a white coat with a black face and ears, and black patches on the body, while the other has a black coat with a brown tiger-striped face and legs.  They are much-loved family pets, and both are wearing collars with tags.  If anyone has seen them, please call 337-468-5920 or 337-305-4447.  They are capable of traveling long distances, because the last time they wandered away from home they made it all the way to the Oberlin area in less than 2 hours, so they could be just about anywhere in Acadiana.

  Female Poodle-Chihuahua mix named "Chicklet." She is 9 years old,  has a white to light beige coat, and she weighs about 10 pounds.  One of her ears is floppy, and her tail is docked.  She was last seen at 680 St. Charles Street in Breaux Bridge, but her home is in Sulphur so she is not familiar with the area, and she is probably very frightened.  She is not wearing her collar and is not microchipped.  Her very worried owners are offering a $100 reward for her safe return.  If you've seen Chicklet, please call her owners at 337-485-4638 or 337-526-9432.

   Male Boston Terrier named "Cooper."  He has a black and white coat, and just turned 1 year old.  He loves children and is very friendly.  In the photograph you see here, his eyes look blue, but they are actually blackish-brown.  He was last seen around the Tolson Road, Pinhook, Verot School Road or Beau Pre area.  If you've seen Cooper, please contact his owners at 337-769-3951.
 
LOST:
 
   Male Old English Bulldog named "Bobbie."  He is a 12 week old puppy, with a white and brown coat.  He was last seen in front of the Home Depot on Interstate 49, and witnesses report seeing two men putting him into a white Isuzu, then driving away with him.  His grieving family says they are desperate for any word as to his whereabouts.  If you've seen Bobbie, or if you know who might have him, please call his owners at 337-257-9155.

   Male Himalayan Cat named "Clo."  He is around 7 years old, and has been neutered.  He has a cream-colored coat, with a dark gray face, legs and tail.  He was last seen in the Breaux Bridge area near Poche Bridge, and a reward is being offered for his safe return.  If you've seen Clo, please call his owners at 337-247-4489.
 
LOST:
 
   Male Daschund mix.  He has a black and brown coat, floppy ears and long legs.  He was last seen on Derouen Road, which is near Migues Road and Lee Station Road, off Hwy. 14 heading from New Iberia to Delcambre.
He is wearing a collar and tag,  or at least he was when last seen.

Adult male cat named "Blue."  He has a solid blue-gray coat with white patches under his chin and on his lower abdomen.  He was last seen near Berard Street in Breaux Bridge, and was wearing a white collar, but the clasp is loose and it may have come off.  He is very friendly.  If you've seen him, please call 337-332-2346.

   Female Cat named "Star."  She is about 2 1/2 years old and has a black and gold coat.  She was last seen on John Wayne Drive between Verot School Road and Kaliste Saloom.  If you've seen Star, please e-mail her owners at renee392963@yahoo.com.

  Two dogs believed to be traveling together.  "Luigui" is an American Eskimo dog and "Hershey" is a Rat Terrier, and both are 3 years old.  They were last seen near Charles Burke Elementary School.  If you've seen them, please call 337-278-3525.

   Female Cocker Spaniel named "Annie."  She is 9 years old, and has a golden light-brown coat with a very short haircut, and she has a very calm personality.  She was last seen in the 600 block of Mudd Avenue in Lafayette.  If you've seen Annie, please call her owners at 337-780-6408.
 
LOST:
 
   Female cat named "Midnight."  She is 9 years old and weighs 22 pounds, and has an all-black coat.  She was inside cat and had not left her yard in years, so she may be very scared.  If you've seen Midnight, please e-mail her owners at ekg51@bellsouth.net.

   Two dogs believed to be traveling together in the Parks area.  "Buddy" is a neutered male Tri-Color Beagle who is 3 years old, with a 4 inch long tail, and is wearing a camouflage collar with a rabies tag.  He was last seen with "Sally," a female Jack Russelll Terrier, approximately 10 months old, with a white coat with dark spots over her entire left ear.  She also has dark markings on her back legs and her rump.  She is wearing a blue collar with an LSU ID tag and rabies tag.  Buddy and Sally were last seen on Papit Guidry Road, in the Nursery Highway area of Parks.  If you've seen either or both of them, please e-mail gbienvenu@gmail.com.

To put your pet's information on our Lost and Found program, send the information to us at P.O. Box 90665, Lafayette, LA 70509, fax it to us at 981-6533 or e-mail it to Blue at bluerolfes@klfy.com.  Please include the following information:
-Breed, age and gender of pet (example, adult male German Shepherd)
-Description, including coat color, markings, size, collar info, etc.
-Location where pet was found or was last seen
-Telephone number or e-mail address where you can be contacted (cell numbers are preferred so that owner can be contacted immediately)
-Any other information that you think might help us find your pet
We also encourage you to check daily with your parish Animal Control Center and with area rescue organizations and humane societies.  Their volunteers do a great job of tracking lost and found pets.  Make sure your pet is microchipped and wearing a sturdy collar with an up to date rabies tag and ID tag, to help us reunite you and your pet if he wanders away from home.
