Well the big game is over, but the party is just getting started. All across Acadiana, Saints fans are rejoicing as the team gets ready for the super bowl.
TV10 got to catch some of the big game with the family of a Saints wide receiver, and has more on what they'll be doing for the super bowl.
At Devery Henderson's grandmother's house in Opelousas, family members were ecstatic over the big game.
But even more so over the fact that their own flesh and blood was playing so well right in front of their eyes.
Devery's been playing since he was a little boy, but relatives never imagined he'd make it so far.
"I never thought in life that I would see one of my own would be out there today" said Grandmother Delores Lemon.
The family has been following Devery since he played in high school, then in college when he played for LSU.
Now, they continue to track his success, and will follow him every step of the way, even if that involves going to the Super bowl.
"We're gonna get us a chartered bus and we're gonna make it to Miami. Whether we get tickets to the game or not, we're going to Miami to enjoy the super bowl" said Devery's cousin Clarence Charles.
"We're gonna stand on the beach and play on the water and have fun" said Devery's cousin Leah Charles.
