A Hub City business owner is facing felony charges after a month-long investigation by the state police.

Fifty five year old Marvin Ziegler, the manager of Lafayette Towing has been arrested.

State police detectives say Ziegler was switching VIN numbers on vehicles then selling them to customers for a profit.

During their month long investigation detectives say they can trace at least one car back to Ziegler whose VIN number had been removed from a car that was officially totaled by the rightful owners insurance company.
