The H1N1 virus has killed two more people from Louisiana: one from the northern part of the state and another from Southwest Louisiana.
The state is stocked with hundreds of thousands of doses of the H1N1 vaccine and now, we know when vaccines will be administered at schools here in Acadiana.
Tuesday TV10 received information from two parishes, and we're told Lafayette's information should be coming in soon.
Let's start in Jeff Davis Parish; H1N1 vaccinations will begin once students return from the Thanksgiving holiday, on November 13th.
The superintendent says the vaccinations will begin at Jennings Elementary School and will move to other schools in the parish through December 7th.
Children need to bring the consent form, signed by their parent or guardian.
But it doesn't stop there. In Saint Martin Parish, school officials will be administering the vaccine on Saturday, December 12th at two schools, one of them being Beaux Bridge Junior High.
The other location is Saint Martinville Primary, but students aren't the only people who will be vaccinated. Anyone in the priority list is encouraged to go.
Don't forget, Wednesday is the big day for UL Lafayette students waiting to get their H1N1 vaccine.
The university will be administering thousands of free vaccines at Guillory Hall from 2:00 to 5:00 PM.
Students are being told they must register through the 'you link' university web portal.
