All week long we've been covering the story of violence in Gueydan where neighbors feared for their lives as men armed with guns opened fire in the streets of their neighborhood.
That's when we were flooded with phone calls from people saying one woman; Tracey Mouton Bourque, is to blame for the chaos.
In Fridays update, the family of the woman's dead husband still accuses her of causing the chaos. They also still have questions surrounding his death.
Russ Bourque, former brother in law of Tracey Mouton Bourque accuses her of wrongdoing in the death of his brother.
Now Tracey's her mother, Terry Lynn Mouton Dore, is fighting back. "She did not kill him" says Dore.
The Vermilion Parish Sheriff's Office as well as the coroner confirm that. They've ruled Frank Bourque's Death a suicide.
So, why are members of the community questioning her innocence? They claim every time she gets in trouble with the law, she keeps landing on her feet.
Friday, another one of Terri Lynn's children was arrested in connection with the recent Gueydan violence.
Her son, Adam Mouton was taken into custody again after police say he stole the weapon you see him holding in this picture.
Tracey set up an interview with Eyewitness News, to, according to her, to set the record straight. But, she never showed up, and has since stopped answering our calls.
Bourque is now living in Lafayette after being banned from Gueydan indefinitely. Police Chief Blake Hebert says the streets of Gueydan are getting quieter now.
So what happens next? Chief Hebert tells TV10 as part of Bourque's most recent bond agreement, she is banned from Gueydan.
He says that if she violates his order or receives any minor infraction in his jurisdiction, she will be jailed and remain there until her court date on last year's charge of attempted murder of a police officer.
Her day in court is set for early July.
If you were watching Eyewitness Wednesday night you heard the latest about the ongoing unrest in the streets of Gueydan.
You also saw images of people in that town walking or driving down the streets armed with pistols and rifles.
Based on this photograph of a man hiding a pistol behind his back Gueydan Police Chief Blake Hebert began searching for the man.
Thursday afternoon Chief Hebert told Eyewitness News he has identified and arrested the man in the photo as Adam "Ralo" Mouton on a charge of aggravated assault.
Chief Hebert says he has also recovered the pistol that he says Mouton was carrying.
Mouton is the brother of Tracy Mouton Bourque who told Eyewitness news last night in a phone interview from the Vermilion Parish jail that the people we had photos of had nothing to do with her or her family.
Tracy Bourque was released from the Vermilion Parish Jail Thursday afternoon after posting bond of 1500 dollars.
You heard it and saw it first here on Eyewitness News. Shocking photos submitted by residents of Gueydan saying they feared for their lives because people were walking on the streets with guns in their hands, terrorizing the community and getting away it.
TV10 was in Gueydan Wednesday and spoke with residents who say, this type of violence has gone on for quite some time, more recently with one person at the center of it.
Residents say, they place most of blame for Gueydan's crime on the new Police Chief, Blake Hebert, and residents say something has to be done.
"Something needs to be done, the only way it's gonna get done is vote Blake Herbert out, out of here, that's enough" said Gueydan resident Sierra Terry.
But, the Gueydan Police Chief is defending himself, saying he's doing all he can do. In another Eyewitness News exclusive, Chief Blake Hebert has spoken out.
At 24 years old, the youngest Police Chief in the state says the force is trying its best, making the arrests that need to be made, but once it's out of his hands, he has no control.
He also says he has no idea why Mouton-Bourque is being bonded out so quickly. After arresting her not once, but twice Tuesday, he admits she's a problem for Gueydan law enforcement.
"With her history, yes, she is someone who does cause us trouble, we dealt with the situation, we arrested her, she went to jail for aggravated assault and criminal mischief, she soon after bonded out, which some citizens don't understand is everyone's right to do, to bond out" said Chief Hebert
Tracey Mouton Bourque is the woman that many claim is at the heart of the current unrest in Gueydan.
Although as of Wednesday night Bourque was still being held in the Vermilion Parish Jail Eyewitness News was able to reach Bourque by phone for her side of the story.
Bourque says she is not the one creating all the problems in Gueydan and she looks forward to having the opportunity to prove that it.

Neighbors in Gueydan say the violence there is getting out of hand.
After witnesses say people were exchanging gun fire in the middle of Main and 12th Streets, they're fearful for their lives, and they're more concerned that nothing's being done about it.
Neighbors say this isn't the first time something like this has happened here either, and surprisingly they're not so angry with the perpetrators.
Tuesday night, people say shots rang out at the intersection of 12th and Main, a school zone. Police responded, arresting two individuals, Trenton Mouton and Tracey Bourque.
This isn't the first time Bourque's been in trouble with the law. In February of 2008, police say Bourque was firing shots at the same intersection, 12th and main, and when police responded, she started shooting at them.
Police continued to her, and she continued to fire back. Neighbors said at the time they were dodging bullets and ducking for their lives.
She was charged with attempted murder of a police officer. Police say they found out the next day, Bourque walked into the gymnasium at Gueydan high school and beat up a teacher. But after last night's violence, neighbors say their problem is with the chief.
The Assistant Chief, Jesse Ewing, told us off camera the incident is still under investigation and he wasn't comfortable speaking about it in depth just yet.
He says he's expecting to make another arrest related to the case Thursday. But, for neighbors' feeling like their quiet town has been turned into Dodge City, it isn't enough.

The streets of one small Vermilion Parish town looked and sounded more like Dodge City than the normally peaceful community of Gueydan.
It started Tuesday afternoon when police responded to a call of shots fired at the intersection of 12th and Main.
Once on the scene, police learned the exchange of gunfire resulted from an argument between two men.
But it was a woman identified as Tracy Bourque that was arrested on charges of aggravated flight and criminal damage to property.
The Chief of Police told Eyewitness News there were no injuries reported and his officers are still trying to determine what happened.
But, Tuesday evening we got email photos like this from TV10 viewer and Gueydan resident Amber Maxile.
In the first photo you can clearly see the man walking down the street is attempting to hide a large caliber handgun from any oncoming traffic.
In the second photo you can see the driver of a car pointing a weapon at another pedestrian.
During a phone conversation Amber told Eyewitness news she fears not only for her safety but also for those of her family and friends.
We attempted to contact the Gueydan Police Department for comment but we were told by the dispatcher we should call back because his phone lines "are going crazy".
The dispatcher with the Vermilion Parish Sheriff's Office says his Department has several deputies on the scene and has dispersed the crowd that was on the scene.
